Beautiful place with all the amenities you could ask for. The villa was like new and well equipped. Host was extremely responsive, helpful, and flexible. Location was fabulous as it was effectively right at St. George’s beach and a short walk into town. Highly recommend Thomais’s place! Would stay here again!

Perfect, well appointed home within walking distance to grocery store, beach’s, the old town area and marina with the ferry port. Short ride from airport too. Thomais and his son Mike were great hosts, even setting up taxi rides and making an appointment for one of us at a nearby medical clinic.

This was the perfect place for our family of four with two teens. The villa is brand new and spotless clean. We loved the location close to the beach and town. Thomais was extremely responsive and arranged rides for us and let us stay later when our ferry was u expectedly delayed.

The villa was such a special find! It’s beautifully decorated, in a perfect location between the beach and town, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. We loved spending the day at the beach and coming back to unwind by the pool. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming—so thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in a stunning setting!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect just steps from some of the best beach clubs where we spent plenty of time relaxing by the clear water. A short walk along the same path takes you to the Plaka area, great for shopping, dining, and drinks. The house itself was fantastic, and we made good use of the outdoor pool every day. Our host was very attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

All I can say is wow!! You will feel right at home. We loved the house and the host and her son were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. They were very flexible with our check in time when we were able to get an earlier flight. The house was absolutely incredible - you will feel right at home. We loved our stay here, don’t hesitate to book. Walkable to all of the main town and also has parking so you can rent a car to explore the mountains and beaches of the island. The house was stunning and spotlessly clean.

Amelia Villas is one of a kind amazing. Architecturally and technologically stunning. Incredibly private, but literally steps away from a beautiful beach with several outstanding open-air restaurants. Where you will see the most beautiful sunsets you’ve ever seen in your life while eating some of the best food you’ve ever had. After exploring the island of Naxos all day, we couldn’t wait to get home to this property to relax in our Private plunge pool or on our huge back patio filled with hibiscus plants and citrus trees backing up to an Olive Grove. Our hosts Thomais and her son Mike were wonderful. They put so much thought into this property. Truely making it our home away from home. They were always there when we needed them for suggestions, beach equipment or just for some friendly chats. Words and pictures don’t do this property justice. You have to experience it for yourself. We hated to leave. But hope to back some day. We could not recommend Amelia Villa’s more highly.

Such a clean and modern place! Just like the pictures and felt very comfortable. The beach is only a couple minute walk and a nice, big grocery store is a couple minute drive. It was a great place!

This place was great with our baby. There’s a really nice beach club at the end of the street and we could easily walk into town each day. Parking right in front was great for our rental car so we could go see the other parts of the island. The place itself was as pictured, clean and peaceful. Would absolutely stay again!

Stayed the second time in the Villas, this time in the Villa North. Both Villas are similar.
Thomais is a great host, easy to reach and very responsive. The house is in perfect condition, absolutely clean and provides for everything that is needed.
Location is good and quiet, a two minute walk to the beach and provides access to multiple dining options and the inner city within a 10 min walk.
Thanks for having us and making this another great stay in Naxos. We'll be back!
